Made a smoothie with coconut water today instead of water. Honestly couldn't tell the difference. Is it suppose to be good for you? I really thought it would taste coconutty...disappointment. However, I am glad I added some oatmeal to the smoothie, defiantly makes me feel fuller longer.
Matt and I have been eating very clean for the last week. We both constantly feel hungry, but are dropping pounds already.
We bought some grass fed steaks this week and Matt grilled them up. I honestly don't think I can go back to non grass fed meat because it is so amazingly good and more tastey!
Besides yummy meat and food another bonus of eating clean is that Matt cooks a lot. He's been having breakfast ready in the mornings- eggs and this morning featured fish (yup we are those people now) and at night he has meat and veggies grilled to perfection!
Hope we can keep it up- we both definitely feel good, and better overall, but still real hungry throughout the day :).
Also, we are just eating this way in our home, we will enjoy food out and about in other people's homes. So when we call and beg you to make us pizza this is why :)
