Fall is here! Still have yet to try a pumpkin smoothie- but pomegranates are in!
1/2 a Pom
Handful of spinach
1 banana (thanks Tina for the bananas!!!!)
1/2 a cucumber
1 large carrot
1 cup plain low fat yogurt
1/2 cup frozen berries (for color)
1tbsp. Chia seeds
And 1 cup water
Blend and enjoy, next time I'll try the whole Pom, very subtle flavor with half.
