After reading an article about watermelon being really good for you after you exercise. I decided to not exercise but make a watermelon infused smoothie :) (actually I plan to run tonight after Matts home and takes over kid patrol, since my foot pain is way better when I don't use a stroller).
It was super light and refreshing, more like a juice. I added green tea mixed with a ginger pear tea also (one of my new fav. Summer beverages).
